Insurance

NBHC is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna plans. If you would like to file an out-of-network claim, NBHC will provide you with the necessary documentation to do so.

For private/out-of-pocket pay:

Rates for assessment services: Given that each individual’s assessment needs vary widely, please contact NBHC directly for more specific pricing information.

Rates for psychotherapy services: The rate for individual psychotherapy is $225 per session. The rate for family/couples psychotherapy is $250 per session.

Payment

Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, Health Savings Account (HSA), or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).  HSA or FSA accounts typically can be used to pay for psychological or neuropsychological assessments, which essentially makes those services tax-deductible.  Please check your specific HSA or FSA to see if any restrictions apply.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a late cancellation/no show fee. The fee is waived for special circumstances, such as illness or emergency event, upon discussion with one of our staff members.
